Welcome back to 50Talk. This is Episode 22 of Season 2 and this week myself and Cathy have a couple of guest joining us. This is one of my first "Gaming/internet" friends I met up with way back in the day. A former co-host of my former podcast The 40cast and good friend. We  start the show off by re-introducing them and giving a little history of how we became friends. It really is a funny story but it all worked out for the best.  We talk about some of our family times as well as some adult hanging out. Just a brief history that wasn't in the episode. Our visits with each other always involved beer. If you know The 40cast you know what I'm talking about.  My 1st question to Matt is "Can Gamers/Podcasters meet on-line and really become friends. I think our friendship over the years answers that question.  I talk about the brotherhood we formed along with all our other co-host from the old podcast. I think our show was different than a lot of other podcast back in those days. I was always proud of that.  We talk about our Families and getting older and taking care of our parents and the changes that has caused. Seeing our kids get older and moving on from high school and starting there young lives.  Getting the empty nesters syndrome.  Also what dinners are like in their household these days. If they are similar to Cathy and I's.  We get into some conversation about cooking on the Blackstone and how he got interested in getting it. I throw in there that I'm just trying to be like him and Shawn (FreemanDaddy).  I ask if playing games are still a part of there lives and what shows they are watching together or alone.  The change from a lot of beer to Bourbon is also a thing with Matt.  We get into some Social Issues and what are thoughts are and end the show with some Sports talk.
