Welcome back to 50Talk and Episode 3 of Season 2. Cathy and myself are sorry for no show last week. Sometimes life just keeps you from doing the things you really enjoy, but we are back and we hope to keep you all entertained this episode. We start of this episode with some good news on the political front. Our Congress has rallied together to pass the Emmit Till Anti-Lynching Act after so many failed attempts. We move onto Brittney Griner (American jailed in Russia) and the probems she is dealing with, also people are actually glad she is jailed outside of the country. You have to hear this disscussion and of course my personal feelings as well. Well an episode of 50Talk can't go on without talk of Florida and Governor Desantis with another crazy ass bill being passed in there State Senate. HB 1557 Parental Rights in Education Bill or "Don't Say Gay Bill" is about to go into Law.  We shortly talk about the price of Gas in our area of Ohio and how I seeked out the cheapest price and how oil and gas producers are gouging the consumers. Next up is the new Ohio Carry and Conceal Law that was just passed by our "fearless Governor". More nonsense to please the Radical 2nd Amendment gun nuts.  Before you judge me please listen to the conversation.  Cathy and I missed a text message from our Aunt Thelma and we have some questions from her that we get into.  So in ending the episode we mention the importance of March for Woman and for Social Workers.
