In this episode I sit down with Ally Atkins to hear her story of how she took matters into her own hands when it came to her health several years ago, and how she educated herself and was able to come off her long term medication. She's since become a PT and a health coach, who helps women create a stronger body for longevity. Music to my ears, in other words. 

We cover a lot of ground in this episode, but key to it all is that we know ourselves and our children best and our gut feelings are not to be ignored.
