If that didn’t get your attention I don’t know what will and no, I’m not referring to your spouse. This isn’t an episode where we point fingers at the people in our lives we deem to be a#%holes because what I’m talking about with you guys today is the negative nelly that lives within your mind. 

 

It’s a very powerful thing when we can start to recognise thoughts and stop them in their track. The thing is we can live a life waiting for the outside world to change or we can change our internal world right now. Ultimately this is the only thing we really have control of.
