The relentless pressure of professional Rugby as an 18 year old was something that Los struggled with early on and it eventually made him fall out of love with the game. He explains how this came to be, and more so how he dealt with it.

We talk about the transition to St Kentigern and the struggles that came it. We both know a lot of people would do a lot to be where we were, but they don’t see everything else that happens behind closed doors.
