I recently looked at a study by McKinsey & Co. that was talking about how to attract and retain talent and the driving factors and motivators in leaving a company or staying in order to attract and retain talent at our organizations (because it goes way deeper than how much money someone makes). What I noticed right off the bat, employee experience is driven by meaningfulness of the work.
