What the hell is gluten? Is it bad?! Is it going to kill you?!?!? Short answer....maybe.

Gluten is not a catch-all for bad food or gut issues, but it can cause gut issues for certain people. The answer to our gluten questions is of course complicated.

Truthfully, most people don't have celiac issues; however, being conscious of your body and how it reacts to certain foods is always a great idea. If you are curious about what foods your body can, or cannot, handle we would recommend keeping a food journal. We would also highly recommend talking to a professional dietitian, nutritionist, or your regular doctor.
