This episode is about me, ABSD. 

I have been processing some big aspects in my life.

I have been deeply afraid of the power of my spiritual self & I am now in a point in my journey where I am in full trust. 

ABSD has always been something that is so much greater than myself. 

I officially no longer identify with the name Alyssa. 

I don’t want to be called Alyssa any longer & this episode is a mark in time where I decided this fully. 

I am doing the best I can.
