Today on the podcast, I am interviewing Megan Walsh. Megan is a licensed creative arts therapist and board-certified music therapist who works in private practice with young adults navigating anxiety and relationship challenges. She is currently completing an advanced clinical training as an analytical music therapy practitioner.

Music is one of my loves – It’s something I have been passionate about since I was a child. Megan and I got to have an in-depth chat on how you can actually use music and the creative arts as a healing modality! 

Through music and creativity, we express the deepest parts of ourselves. When we lean into our creative energy, we tap into a transformative power that allows us to embrace our unique essence, be authentically ourselves, and honor our own human experiences.
