You know that frustration you feel when you go through an unexpected power outage? You're working on that all-important document that was due last week and you're rushing to get this thing wrapped, but it's been like an hour since the last time you saved your document. Weather's been nice all day, but then all of a sudden - BOOM. Your screen goes dark and all electricity is zapped from your house. A few hours go by, the lights come back on, you can reset your clocks, but your computer - you have to reboot. Only this time, it's not just you - everybody has to reboot their computers.
