As 2018 comes to a close, we'd like to encourage you to take the time to sit down and reflect on all the great things that happened this year, relive your best experiences, and acknowledge yourself. It's easy to harp on what wasn't so great and what you need to improve on as you're planning your new year's resolutions, but it is just as important to reflect and have gratitude for everything you have accomplished.
