“Remy, the ratatouille, the rat of all my dreams!” This week, Noah and Devin interviewed Emily Jacobsen (e_jaccs on TikTok), the originator of the Ratatouille Musical, which has been absolutely blowing up the internet the last couple of months. Her ode song to Remy the rat has snowballed into an online cultural phenomenon, mobilizing the talents of hundreds of professional and amateur theatre-makers.

Together, they dish about Emily’s creative process, her reaction to how far the Ratatouille Musical has come, and her love of Disney animal sidekicks. Then, they improvise some new ode songs about some of their favorite underappreciated Disney characters.
