51: Ryan Henderson on Self Doubt and Fitness Education

Today's guest is Ryan Henderson.
In his younger days, Ryan struggled with drugs and alcohol. While in a halfway house, Ryan met a former competitive bodybuilder who took him under his wing.
He taught Ryan the basics of everything he needed to be successful in fitness. But more importantly, Ryan's life had a new direction. He no longer had to turn to self-destructive habits. Instead of tearing himself down, he started building himself up.
Now Ryan's taking others under his wing and building them up through lifestyle coaching and training at ryfitcoach.com.
