In our chat, we discuss his early career as a secondary school sport teacher and it's impact on his future career choices, his experience developing and growing Kingswim Swimming Centres before selling to YMCA, how he transitioned into the role of General Manager from Owner, guiding undergraduate and post-graduate students to be successful in their careers, and where he sees the future of the sports industry.
