I've given certain friends an ultimatum. If I ever begin needlessly complaining, they have every right to smack me across the face. Thankfully, they've never had cause to act upon my request. I know you want to move forward. I know you want to find success in some way or another. And you know what? Nothing is going to happen until you drop your complaining and excuses and you start taking action. Stop asking someone to do something and instead be that someone.

I think you might be able to tell that this is something I'm intensely passionate about. So here's some tough love for you.
