There were 13 kids born to David and Louise Turpin. Both of them came from their own troubled backgrounds that we dive into deep in this two part coverage of the case. Generational trauma was passed down over and over, resulting in a life of torment for the 13 turpin children. This is abuse and neglect on an extreme level.
