In this episode, Shaykh Sadullah discusses the dangers of self-righteousness and self-confidence. By adopting sanctimonious attitudes, we only end up damaging our standing with Allah. A true believer is humble and accommodating of the views, feelings, and emotions of others. Arrogance is an extremely lethal spiritual malady, as it consumes the heart and spiritual state of an individual. There is no goodness in a self-righteous deed that breeds arrogance.
