My whole goal is minimum effort, maximum impact. What I teach is kinda backwards from what most people teach - I help you start with YOU. At the foundation, I teach body-literacy & self love.
Because when you know yourself, you love yourself, and when you love yourself, it’s effortless to take incredible care of yourself (and others).
So, what is a Cyclical Reset?
Well, it’s NOT a 6-week diet plan or a 30 day cleanse.
It IS developing body-literacy and a relationship to yourself as a cyclical being part of the natural, cyclical world. And then building on that with education on simple, hormone-friendly nutrition science.
