flickering thoughts go on and off
lightbulbs suddenly pop
and these images of sanctuary and smiles, well they're just that
in one scene i'm on horseback chopping branches
chasing my lady thru the speakeasy
time-warped perhaps
most certainly stupid thoughts
I can't get out of here
i'm being pulled back
masseur puppet master would like me in the wood forever
i'm hell-bent on disappearing from brent
half of a life wasted on poison soil
with ecstatic beginnings and lifeless endings
I have a plan and I don't want to execute
