What kind of hope do you have? Is it an “I hope so” hope or an “I know so” hope? As we continue to celebrate Christ’s Easter victory, God’s Word helps us to see that we have a victorious hope through Jesus. In 1 Peter 3, we see that having victorious hope in Christ may result in suffering or hardship as followers of Christ whether from without or from within. Yet because we have that victorious hope, we have no reason to fear. Instead, we find strength and comfort in the One who saved us through the waters of Baptism. The victorious hope of Easter is truly a fearless hope!
