Today, I talk with Susannah Baker about Attachment Theory. Before you skip along because of the word “theory” take a moment to think about what it would mean if you felt seen, soothed, safe, and secure in all of your relationships. Or, as a parent, think about what it means to make your children feel seen, soothed, safe, and secure in your relationship. And, ultimately, what does it mean to be a child of God and feel seen, soothed, safe, and secure.
