So thrilled to be sharing the chat I had with EarthSpeak founders today. Natalie Ross she is the founder, podcast host and awareness activator and Shawna Cason, Co-founder, brand alchemist and medicine woman. This the first ever podcast interview the 2 of them have ever done together and the first podcast I’ve ever hosted with 2 guests at once. Was so fun to hear their stories and discuss building a supportive collective without hierarchy. They discuss the ease of working together and how trusting people to thrive in their zone of genius allows for smoother collaborations. I also loved our chat about podcasting and how our passions and business take on their own energy and how to tuning into what your projects want can have unexpected positive outcomes. This is a quick dive into how everything is alive and everything is about relationships.
