Welcome to "Unshakeable," where we don’t sugarcoat, we don’t hold hands, and we definitely don’t buy into the workplace fairy tale that everyone’s just one big happy family. Today, we’re tackling one of the nastiest, most insidious plagues of the modern workplace: cliques. Yes, cliques. Those toxic little clusters of self-importance that have somehow managed to crawl out of high school and infest our professional lives like a bad rash. Cliques are the corporate equivalent of mold—hard to notice at first, but if you let them spread, they’ll destroy everything in their path. So, grab a cup of coffee or, better yet, something stronger, because we’re about to burn these little power hubs to the ground.
