Dr. Kas Nelson is the Principal of Vici Elementary School with Vici Public Schools. Kas is the 2025 OAESP Principal of the Year and the 2025 NAESP National Distinguished Principal. She is a former OAESP board member serving as NW Regional Representative, NAESP State Rep, and served on the NAESP Board of Directors as the NAESP Zone 8 Director.
