Dexter joins the conversation to share his story about immigrating to the United States at the age of 21. Knowing that he would have to rebuild his career, Dexter made the transpacific move and immediately started planning and grinding. Early challenges led him to take unlikely jobs, but allowed him to pick up skills that would take him one step closer to achieving his goals. Through his work ethic and with his family in mind, he found his way to a new career aligned with his passions and has not lost his hunger for growth.
