About Kris:

Kris Faatz is a musician and award-winning writer. Her fantasy novel Fourteen Stones was published in 2022 in New Zealand and re-released in the US in 2024 by Baltimore’s Highlander Press. She has a third book in the works, Line Magic, which was shortlisted for the Santa Fe Writers Project’s 2023 literary awards. Kris lives in Baltimore with her husband and feline contingent. She teaches creative writing and is a performing pianist.
