In this episode I talk about where my own self trust has gotten me. I give you  life update because I'M IN MY NEW HOME!!!

Recently I've noticed the importance of our environment and how we can be grateful to a certain point but sometimes we seriously want MORE and want CHANGE.

I used to have a lot of shame around owning that but the past few months I f*cked that right off. The truth is I want more, I want a beautiful home and a dog and a family and more love and more great sex.

I get to have this if I choose to NOT SETTLE. I still remain grateful in every moment of my life and my partner Rev reminds me to stop and smell the roses which to be honest I need to hear every now and then because life goes too quick.
