Meet Rosalina, a 31-year-old first-generation Latina based in Los Angeles. Diagnosed with hormone-positive breast cancer at 28, she became the first in her family to navigate this disease, experiencing a profound sense of isolation.
Motivated by a desire to help others, Rosalina founded and co-hosts the Too Young For This Shit Podcast —a project initiated during her cancer treatment. Through this platform, she openly shares her experiences, addresses often-overlooked topics and provides support for those affected by breast cancer.
Beyond her work, Rosalina is a breast cancer advocate, sharing her story on platforms like the Kelly Clarkson Show and gaining recognition in publications like BeLatinaNews, Calo News, Everyday Health Magazine, and Self Magazine. She has spoken at events such as Camp Breastie, the San Antonio Symposium, and the Check Out My Rack with Brem Foundation.
