In this episode we discuss how our society and age group has become overwhelmingly known for appeasing others with our decisions. That used to be a practical/logical way to operate when we needed the "tribes" approval to succeed. However, now it seems to be causing people to follow paths that don't truly make them happy (think college or different career trajectories). We unpack why we believe this change occurred and how we think to operate in this environment.
