Its Monday and Dr.Ken Harris says that somethings gotta give. With new laws in full effect in the city for reckless driving, the argument can be had about how this will affect the minority communities...Unless we come together and make sure we aren't at risk for breaking the laws that would put us in danger. Shouldn't our cars be registered anyway?
