This is a healing meditation using 528, the frequency of unconditional love, to activate our own healing power.  The flow is to empty our mind and then get into Oneness.  When we are in Oneness our energy field naturally would expand.  The pure energy activation will allow our energy to flow throughout our body and than we can use ultimate power activation followed by our own choice of which part of our body we would like to heal.  This is a self-heal meditation.  Enjoy and share if it resonates with you.   Much Love.
