Okay here it is. If you know me you know that I handle all interior design for Xtra Living Services (our short term rental management company). I have always been super passionate about it and as I grew up I always remember wanting to rearrange the furniture in my room all. the. time. Ashley, with Ashley Ayer Interiors, was a dream episode for me and I won't lie and say that it didn't make me want to put feet behind pursuing interior design myself. If you listen to this episode it will be evident to you that Ashley has such a natural entrepreneurial spirit about her as she has started many businesses throughout her life. She shares how her career choice has not always been supported by those around her and how she overcame that. I am sure that some off you listeners are going to be able to relate to that! It can be hard to pursue a business or dream when the people that are close to you and mean the most to you are not in full support or have doubts. Let this episode be encouragement to you that you can still be successful as long as you have drive to make it happen.
