Meet a most impressive, Toronto born, Miami based singer song/writer, Tristan Clopet, and, from Seattle, the awesome, 6 member rock group, Alabaster. Together they provide great music and a perfect beat-matched, interval workout session.
This is a 40 minute session and again I present some fast segments for interval workouts. So watch your pulse monitors and only run the speed bursts if you're comfortable at that speed. You can always shorten your stride or run slower. The key is to run safe.
Interval running is not for the faint of heart. Please be sure you're fit for this workout. If you have any doubts you still can enjoy this runset buy taking the intervals at a slower pace and/or by shortening your stride.
