Andrew Mirabile is the soulful front man and songwriter of Andrew Mirabile and The Preachers. He's had a rollercoaster of a life and it absolutely comes through in his music. Ben Woodul of Dark Honey joins us for the first half of this podcast. His experiences being in a band and also as a musician trying to make it work provide a lot of poignant questions.

In the final part of this podcast, Andrew and I talk about the wisdom of self-imposed delayed gratification and all of the benefits of not allowing yourself what you want the moment you're able to. Especially in a world where everything is so easily accessible and available.

We also talk about dealing with seeing your parents as human beings and forgiving them for the inevitable mistakes they've made with you and how that forgiveness can be applied to yourself in ways that help you overcome the adversity you'll be confronted with in life and opens the door to greater levels of self-development.
