“Oh, I would never leave my comfort zone”.

Has this thought ever entered your mind? Perhaps you have everything you’ve EVER wanted, and you are so comfortable in your life that you can’t and wouldn’t dare stepping outside of the dream life you’ve created. If this is you, congratulations, you’ve accomplished what most people dream of. Many of us chase the check list of expectations that was handed to us in our lives and end up with a life of “comfort” that is really really UNCOMFORTABLE!!

Imagine your comfort zone is “supposed” to be a soft place for you to sit comfortably and the thought of stepping outside your comfort zone seems as scary as stepping off a cliff edge with no parachute. Now, as yourself, are you really comfortable in your life? Is it possible that you’re “comfort zone” is actually filled with discomfort, more like you’re sitting at the bottom of a dark depressing well, stuck from chasing your dreams or being authentically you?

Today’s episode will challenge you to look at your “comfort zone” and redefine it if needed. Here’s the thing, if you’re sitting in a discomfort zone, telling yourself it’s your comfort zone. You will stay stuck there until you decide the step outside that zone isn’t as scary as being paralyzed in a place of dissatisfaction.
