Justin Titchenell and Coach Pete Costanza, the pass game coordinator for the Toronto Argonauts, had a discussion about Coach Costanza's coaching career and his advice for fellow football coaches. Coach Costanza shared that he started his football coaching career in 1997 in the Arena League in New Jersey, and later moved to Canadian football in 2008. He also had a brief stint coaching Division 3 college football at RPI in upstate New York.
