Have you ever stopped yourself from doing something because you were worried about what someone else might say? I know i have, and I've always regretted not doing something because of some worry about someone else's opinion. Today I discuss having a beginner's mindset and that if people make fun of or belittle you, it usually says a lot more about those people, than it does you.  It's scary to feel dumb, but it doesn't matter, because with discomfort comes growth.  Get out there, be uncomfortable, look dumb, and grow.
