Consuming, isn’t it? To be caught on a loop that plays your mistakes over and over, frozen in a former world that hurts every time you touch it. The original scene plays out and now it’s joined with sequel after sequel of the sub stories I’ve written about my ugly past. Some days I feel so distracted by what happened to me I forget that it also happened for me.
