Another raw open to the point Rosacea Freedom Talk that needs to be shared.

Yesterday I heard this sentence again. "I was desperate when I meet you Jo I even had suicidal thoughts"

I have heard this sentence many times before from people who email me in pure desperation and from others who I have the pleasure to work and guide.

This is how Rosacea can have us feeling. This was an intrusive thought of mine when I was at my lowest and from my years of experience working with Rosacea sufferers this is how many people find me is when then they are this desperate and I want you to know
 I 'see' you, I 'feel' you, I 'understand' you and as well as I know this emotion and desperation, I want you to know that YOU CAN rise, heal and fade your face from this place. I did, people are and YOU can too. Jo 💚
