**Katerina had 3 miscarriages; 4 weeks, 6 weeks, then a labor and delivery of twins at 18w4d. She bravely recounts the entire journey, including holding her twins while the doctors dealt with retained placentas. Her seemingly never ending journey to motherhood came full circle with the birth of her rainbow baby, Lucas**.
