New York City seems to be the place to be this week.  In Episode 53, we visit the great New York.

Starting our road trip is a Canadian band's first, and only, number one single in America. Guess Who the band is? And the origins of the hit are pretty interesting. Sometimes accidents can produce hits.

Then we talk about the great B.B. King, who sadly passed away during this week in rock history. His influence is felt to this day and his impact on blues, r & b and rock is incredible.

Finally, an artist that had to wait until he was 67 to get his first number one album on The Billboard Top 200 albums. It is a fine album, but it was his 29th studio album. We discuss that story on Episode 53.
