Webinars are a “now” medium so your participants need to be able to apply the learning from the webinar quickly. People respond to numbers so use them in your webinar titles, such as “5 Steps to…” It is very valuable to give your participants actionable steps either during the webinar or as a handout / resource that they can take away and use. Marc Ratcliffe is the Founder and CEO of Australian registered training organisation MRWED Training and Assessment, which delivers Australian Government endorsed training qualifications to trainers and assessors within and outside Australia.
