Under confidence is what causes us to feel like we cannot ask for a raise or charge an appropriate rate for our products and services. It can cause us to believe that we should stay at a 9-5 that we hate. It can cause us to avoid doing the one thing that we know we need to get our business growing. It can cause us to settle for a relationship that is not fully satisfying.
