53. Resolutions Check In, Parental Fears & Career Adaptability

We are checking in from our New Years Resolution episode on the goals we set for ourselves - as we said we would!  We gave ourselves some grace here and talked about what worked and what didn’t. We created new plans for the near future and reformulated past goals that didn’t work for us.  Working out, career motivation/being adaptable and being more patient are just some of what we covered here.  Brittany talks about how she’s had to make changes to her work/life balance while being adaptable to the ever changing social media platforms.  We have a question for YOU: Why is making and sticking to a routine so hard? Are you this way too? We talk about the struggles of simple tasks (or big ones) feeling daunting, and how difficult it is to stick to a schedule. Is there something wrong with us?!  Kelly also talks about the fear that is creeping in on becoming a parent and entering into the unknown. We both discuss the process in which you go through when deciding whether or not to have kids and when (and if) you know that you’re ready.
