Should meat be on the menu? What is the sustainability of this for our planet? Do we need to think beyond the sustainability message?David Mason-Jones joins us to discuss these questions and the issue of farm livestock and the global warming gas emissions widely attributed to them, notably methane. We debunk myths and talk about the huge amount of public mis-information and how livestock and their owners have the potential to be environmental heroes.

David is an experienced freelance journalist and writer who lives on the south coast of NSW, Australia. David has written on a wide range of subjects in Australia and Asia for two decades with a focus on sustainability.
