This week, if you die in real life...you die in the game. The People's Choice Poll for this month has brought around Heir Apparent, an isekai-esque novel about a girl getting stuck in a VR fantasy game who only has a set amount of tries to win before damaged equipment roasts her brain! Tanner leads Lindsay on a quest to make a miniseries, or maybe full series, chronicling the main character exploring side quests that the novel didn't have time for and making things a little but glitchier. Along the way the two also encounter the smell of popcorn, a succession crisis, and floppy discs.
