Dr. Barabara Ebel is known as the "Credible Medical Fiction Writer". Prior to writing, she practiced as an Anesthesiologist. Unfortunately, after losing complete use of both of her shoulders, she found herself disabled and unable to work in Anesthesia any longer. For some, this would be disheartening and stop them right in their tracks. Yet for Barbara, she has a different story. 

Dr. Barbara has taken her experiences as a physician and utilized them to write fiction novels. Her series follow different perspectives, for example, the viewpoint of a medical student who rotates through various medical specialties.
