Barry invites you to 'sit, stay', and enjoy the variety of programs that the Winchester Area SPCA offers to animals and animal lovers in the community.  Executive Director Lavenda Denney describes a program that provides foster homes to pets of women who are in an abusive situation and seeking shelter at the Laurel Center, until they are in a safe place to be reunited with their pet.
