Today, we are joined by Australian charcoal artist, Carly Renèe. Carly lives in Lennox head, an hour outside of Brisbane, where she creates large scale hyperrealist charcoal drawings from her studio. In recent months, her social media following has exploded as her soft, graceful and captivating work spreads throughout the internet.

Carly joined us today to talk about finding the right artistic headspace, navigating the highs and lows of creation and that sometimes you need to redo an artwork several times before its truly complete.

Carly has an upcoming exhibition in Lennox, NSW that will be hosted on April 22nd, 2022. Stay tuned!
