Facebook has launched what it describes as a “small-scale test to sell subscription VOD services directly to users”. Initially, the Facebook video subscriptions will be available for four services: BBC and ITV’s BritBox, CollegeHumor’s Dropout, MotorTrend App and Tastemade Plus.
